RETURNS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AS ALL GARMENTS GO INTO PRODUCTION AT THE TIME OF ORDER.

DEFECTIVE GARMENTS:

  • EXCHANGES ON DEFECTIVE GARMENTS WILL BE HONORED UP TO 5 DAYS FROM WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED. DEFECTIVE GARMENTS WILL BE REPLACED ONCE A REPRESENTATIVE HAS APPROVED THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST. THERE MUST BE SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE PROVING THE GARMENT HAD A SIGNIFICANT MANUFACTURING DEFECT, DEEMED UNACCEPTABLE BY INDUSTRY STANDARDS, THAT WAS NOT DAMAGED BY CLIENT USE.
  • WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GARMENT RE-SOLD BY OUR CUSTOMER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
